ZEYNEP YILDIZ

Mediator · Intercultural Specialist · MI Trainer

My name is Zeynep Yildiz — a mediator trained at the National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego (USA), specialised in High Conflict Mediation as well as intercultural and interreligious communication.

Since 2014, I have supported teams and individuals through transformation processes. I bring over 14 years of experience in the healthcare sector — particularly in addiction services — and work with clients with migration backgrounds, especially from the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

I know what it means to work under real pressure, in complex human situations, where communication failures cost trust, time, and results.

"I don't bring theories. I bring tools that work the next day — because I've used them myself in the field."

How I work

Every engagement is different. But the foundation is always the same: structure, clarity, and tools that stick.

Structured, not open-ended

Every session has a clear arc — from opening to agreement. No endless conversations. Clarity that holds.

Neutral, not directive

I don't tell people what to decide. I create the conditions for them to find workable answers themselves.

Immediately applicable

Every training, session, or mediation delivers something usable the next day — not just in theory.
